We had a great time. The chefs were engaging, kind, helpful and encouraging. The information Greta provided along the walk to the market and in the market was interesting. The food we prepared was delicious and we were given recipes for what we made so we can try them at home.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this tour! The guide, Francesco, was SO knowledgeable and made the tour really fun. The market tour was amazing! We learned about olive oil, truffles, and balsamic vinegar, all of which were the BEST I have ever tasted. I wanted to buy everything! Francesco was also our cooking instructor, and you could tell he knew a lot about cooking and loves sharing his knowledge: everything about ingredients and cooking and cutting techniques. We finished with a delicious meal of truffle sauce potato gnocchi, a bell pepper and onion balsamic chicken, and a milk and vanilla jello with a mixed berry top. All AMAZING!! Just book it!!! It was my favorite thing we’ve done in Florence!

Loved it! The visit to the Central Market was very interesting and informative! Our guide (Catalina? - sorry, can't remember for sure) was wonderful and knowledgeable. All was well organized. We were disappointed that the copy machine wasn't working so we didn't get copies of our recipes. All five of us would highly recommend this - yummy!
