    Enjoy the Franciacorta region on this day trip from Milan. Have free time in Bergamo to discover the beauty of its Venetian walls. Sip on local wines paired with a 3-course lunch in a traditional restaurant. Ride along the Franciacorta Wine Route and take in views of Lake Iseo. 

    Meet your guide in the morning in Milan and hop aboard an air-conditioned minivan with WIFI onboard. Relax and take in the Italian countryside on the way to Bergamo, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Italy.

    This experience was amazing. Such a lovely day despite being a little overcast. Our driver, Nicolo, was always ready for us at each location even though we were a few minutes early each time. Lunch was lovely. We had time at each location to enjoy the views and do some shopping. Our guide at the Winery, Andrea, was charming, full of knowledge, and had some great stories about the history of the Winery and his family. The tour of the cellar was fantastic. We came with the intention of bringing some bottles of wine home with us. Upon understanding that they would travel by plane, the bottles were packed for the trip. We would do this again in a heartbeat.

    This excursion was worth all that we paid for it! We had a very busy trip up until this point and this was such a pleasant change. Very low key, very well organized. Our drivers were very kind and very helpful, but they were not “tour guides”. They would drop us off and give us a time to meet back up, which was totally perfect for us and allowed us to prioritize what we wanted!
