Michel was an excellent guide/driver. He went the extra mile to entertain us with anecdotes and interesting facts about what we were seeing on the hour plus drive to the Rhine. The lunch place was cheesy and probably not the best. Would’ve preferred the wine tasting at a different location - perhaps a winery? I think both the lunch and wine tasting parts of the experience could be improved to take the tour from good to excellent. We were just dropped at the boat and on our own until our designated getting off point. Fortunately the bus ride back allowed michel to tell us about some of the castles as we passed them in view on land. I think the tour company should provide a handout/map with a bit of info on what we are seeing from the boat and the getting off point -since we have no guide- would be less stressful to have that in writing.
A very nice guide who explained the history of the city of Frankfurt, the buildings and important events to us in a relaxed and entertaining way. It was so gripping that we were even able to remember many of the details and were amazed. We were a group of 9 women and went on a company outing to Frankfurt. Everyone was enthusiastic and the city tour was undoubtedly a highlight. We would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone. In addition, there were so many hints and tips on what else to do that the day was actually too short.

It was often very noisy due to the dismantling work on the Römer, but the guide always found quieter places
The ski lift was amazing, great views, the restuant is a must to see.
