The Sema ceremony represents a mystical journey of man's spiritual ascent through love, finding the truth and reaching "Perfect". Then he returns from this spiritual journey as a man who has reached maturity and perfection to love and serve all creatures regardless of faith, class or race. With the Cappadocia Whirling Dervish Hat (the tombstone of his ego) and his white skirt (the cover of his ego), the dervish is spiritually born into the truth. When he takes off his black cloak, he travels and progresses from the heavens to spiritual maturity. Keeping his arms crossed at the beginning and at every stage of the Sema, he represents the number one and bears witness to the oneness of Allah.

For this activity, which starts with your pick-up from the hotel, we take you to Saruhan Caravanserai, the old caravanserai. We accompany you on the journey that takes about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, it is presented to you as a unique and impressive experience prepared by the real dervishes of the Region. However, it is forbidden to take videos or photos during the show. It allows you to leave peacefully with sherbet after the show. After the event, we end the event with a drop-off at the hotel.

At the time of the balloon departure, you will pick you up from your hotel and watch the preparation of the balloons, then watch the balloons fly in the sky in the most beautiful panoramic valleys and return to the hotel.

The show begins with a short version of a whirling dervishes performance, which will give you an insight into this religious ceremony. Enjoy the live music performed by musicians in traditional costume. After the dervishes, folk dancers in traditional dress enter, and the dancing begins. Dancers perform traditional Turkish wedding dances in which the bride, dressed in a beautiful red dress, dances in the middle of the stage, as the groom performs a variety of dances for her. This is followed by a few folk dances from different parts of Turkey, and then the belly dancer takes the stage. She performs her breathtaking dance and then goes around the room asking men to join her on the stage. The lucky men learn some basic belly dancing moves. After additional dancing and shows, including the fire dance, the Caucasian dance with knives, and the drum show, the night’s performance comes to an end. During the show waiters serve unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks with appetizers. The main dinner course of lamb with rice follows. This is the traditional wedding meal in Turkey.

If the season is right and the weather permits, one of the must-see things in Cappadocia is the Zelve Mapping Light Show. Step into a world of wonder and enchantment as you witness a 30-minute captivating spectacle held within the heart of the Zelve Open Air Museum. This popular hiking area features sandstone rocks that turn a gorgeous shade of red as the sun sets. If Red Valley is crowded (especially during national holidays), you’ll head to Devrent Valley, which features towering rock formations that can be interpreted to form animal shapes. Watch the sunset from the valley and soak up the stunning views. After watching the sun coat the sky with a multitude of brilliant colors, you’ll stop by Ortahisar Panorama, Pigeon Valley Panorama, Uchisar Castle, Goreme Esentepe Panorama, and Cavusin to take some photos and capture the beauty of these landscapes at night. End the evening with a light show at Zelve Open Air Museum. This unique show uses computers with mapping software which are then projected onto the caves and rock formations at the Zelve Valley. The exhibition depicts the story and history of the human race, specifically the Assyrian, Hittite, Persian, and Alexandria civilizations up until the development of the modern republic of Turkey. If the weather does not permit a light show, you’ll head to a local restaurant and dine on delicious local fare with some live music entertainment. We take you, our valued guests, from your hotel with the vehicle you will take the tour, and then we start our tour together. We set off to Uçhisar Güvercinlik Valley so that you can get the unique view and historical information of Cappadocia. After this experience, we set off to Uçhisar Castle, which has a historical texture. When we went to the valley of love, which is a wonderful visual feast, after the formation of nature and the introduction of a great valley, accompanied by a professional guide. we take you to the underground caves (Özkonak) We will stop by a workshop to see the ceramic atelier unique to the texture of the region and the magnificent ceramics of the masters. We visit the paşabağ open air museum with narrations and end our tour in the Devrent valley.

The pick up starts around 8.00 pm from Goreme by our air-conditioned of vans we wick up our passengers one way one from hotels. Before 9.00 pm we arrive to restaurant and the dinner starting with cold starters and cold drinks. The performing starting around 9.00 pm and hot starters service starting sametime with dance show. Soon main course service starting. The special of the restaurant is lamb kebab with rice. If you do not like meat or if you are gegeterian, we have other options as vegetarian food, fish, chicken shish, meatballs too. The night show is ending around 11.00 pm, and 11.15 is usually departure time from restaurant. We drop back to hotel around 12.00 one by one.
