With this type of "transport card" you can travel outside Amsterdam and reach for example Haarlem station (where you can rent bicycles to reach Keukenhof park) or the wonderful Zaanse Schans area. Also included is the train to and from the airport. A little expensive but it saves you the time to always buy tickets and in addition you save

two days, we never thought about tickets - it is very convenient to move around Amsterdam (trams are my love) and the vicinity by train) I recommend the card pickup at the airport (find the train ticket office and show the QR code)

The Dutch are far ahead of us when it comes to bus and train connections. We exchanged the tickets at the airport, can also be done the day before, the tickets become active after the first check-in.

Extremely practical you can go very far except that you have to pay the first transport to go to the point of issue of the card otherwise it's excellent

Recommended travel card for travel throughout the Amsterdam region
