Full description

Learn about the attack on Pearl Harbor and the events of December 7, 1941, on this day trip from Waikiki. Visit museums and memorials on battleships and military bases and see how the USA was drawn into WWII.

Be transported to Pearl Harbor in Honolulu and spend time at the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument. View artifacts and footage across the many exhibits which detail the attack and the pivotal moment in US history.

Experience a boat ride to visit the USS Arizona Memorial, a commemoration center built over the site of the sunken battleship. Immerse yourself in the area's history as your guide provides expert commentary during the ride across the harbor waters.

Head over the Admiral Clarey Bridge to Ford Island and drive by the USS Oklahoma Memorial on your way to the Battleship Missouri Memorial. Enjoy a guided tour of the 58,000-ton, 900-foot ship, known as the "Mighty Mo" – the last American battleship ever built.

What an incredible and humbling experience. Our guide Auntie Mary was exceptional, she gave us fantastic tips to ensure we didn't miss a thing or spend all day waiting in line. The Missouri was an eye opening insight into life onboard a ship, and the visitor centre had great information about Pearl Harbour as a whole, as well as the attack.

This was an excellent tour. It did start very earlier however it was nice as it gave us the rest of the day. The tour guide we had was truly excellent, if not the best one we have ever had. It was very informative. The only feedback I would say is if you eat at the Missouri part you probably wont have enough time to fully explore it.

Going with a tour bus is the way to go. It was fun being on the double decker bus. Our guide Nani was awesome. He provided so many interesting stories and also brought the local culture alive for everyone- he was a joy. The memorial and Mighty MO were wonderful to visit.
