This was an awesome tour!! I appreciated the advanced communication via text and email the day before, which helped me feel fully prepared. I was a bit nervous about the trip since I am not too experienced with riding a bike in a city. But Ryan clearly went over how to ride the e-bike, and took me on a practice ride around the block so I could get used to it. He stopped at some sites along our ride which I didn’t expect, and explained some history and gave some valuable context. He also is an expert about Waikiki in general and could answer all my one-off questions well. I felt comfortable throughout my ride, even though we did need to drive alongside some traffic to get out and into the city. The hike was less difficult than I expected, although there were some slippery spots. I appreciated how he came prepared with bug spray to share! The poke spot that we stopped at for lunch felt extra special and was delicious! Overall, I learned a lot and feel like I saw a lot too!

It was fantastic, from start to finish. Our guide Maddie was excellent - clear, easy to understand and extremely interesting. She knew exactly how to get everywhere, took us to the least crowded places with great views, pointed out a lot of the wildlife along the way and told us all about it.... The van was comfortable, the food [lunch, dinner and snacks] very good and plentiful, great walks... I really can't say enough about the whole experience.

Was hesitant after doing the road to Hana and long hikes, but so glad I went!! The hike was good paced and full of knowledge about Maui. Mila was amazing at making sure everyone was comfortable and keeping a good pace we got to visit and extra waterfall! She made sure everyone had all the video, pictures and swimming we wanted before moving on. I couldn’t recommend a better tour.

Overall a good experience. It seems like we didn’t need to be picked up at 5am to sit on the bus for 45 minutes until the gate opens. Communicating that before and the reason would be helpful. Otherwise, it was a decent adventure for price and convenience to access the trail.

Ryan was an excellent guide and the e-bikes were the best we have ridden. Great combo of riding and a bush-walk with lots of local information shared along the way. Thanks Ryan for a great family experience.
