    I was able to meet person with sign. He guided us to the place to wait for the shuttle. The driver took us to our hotel. No problems.

    Driver did not have our destination when told wrong one he was rude and dropped us off where we had to walk a long way from registration.

    It was okay. But no where could I find a phone number we were supposed to call. And van hard for anyone but a child to climb into the last row
