Full description

Sail through Heilbronn on a city cruise aboard the Neckar-Fee. Discover the famous Neckarmeile's many restaurants and cafes, relax in the sun on the open deck, and pass through the Heilbronn lock.

Board the Neckar-Fee and begin your cruise through the historic Alt-Neckar, the heart of Heilbronn. Sail past the Neckarmeile, a favorite shopping and drinking street in Heilbronn. Wave at the people relaxing in one of the many cafés, restaurants, and bars, and you cruise by. After you reach the Neckar, head downstream. Pass through the Heilbronn lock and sail through the port section of one of the largest inland ports in Germany. Next, cruise through the salt harbor and continue to the BUGA area, passing the large coal power plant ENBW.

Continue through Abraham's Lap to the outer eastern harbor with its cargo quay before returning to town.

Das Schiff hat pünktlich abgelegt und das Personal war durchweg super freundlich. Die Getränkeauswahl war sehr umfangreich und der Kuchen sah auch wirklich gut aus (wir haben diesen leider nicht probiert). Was wir etwas schade fanden, war, dass wir aufgrund der Beschreibung dachten, dass wir durch das Stadtzentrum fahren würden. Dies war unserer Ansicht nach nicht der Fall. Es war insgesamt eine ruhige und gemütliche Fahrt entlang der Industrieanlagen. Interessant war die Abfertigung hin und zurück durch die Schleuse. Insgesamt war der Ausflug (insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Kosten) gut.
