This was a very good small group tour. Emek takes a maximum of 6 people and spends three hours talking and walking you through the history of Helsinki and telling the stories behind some of its major buildings. Emek was a relaxed, knowledgeable and professional guide. He delivered a very interesting, engaging tour that we thoroughly enjoyed. The modern library completed the tour… and, wow, what a fantastic building to end on. Thank you, Emek.

100% recommendation for this tour and the guide. He really knows a lot about Helsinki, the culture, the history and the architecture and can explain very well. He connected well the history with the present day. We did a nice combination of walking around and going into buildings, which is good to warm up in winter. The meeting point inside a caffee is a nice idea.

Excellent tour. For someone who didn't know much about Finland this was extremely informative and full of interesting stories. The guide is very knowledgeable and friendly, always eager to answer question and explain everything. Group was small and the atmosphere was cozy. We've seen some major landmarks of Helsinki and got useful recommendations from the guide on what to do on our own. If your stay in Helsinki is short and you only want to get a single guided tour, this is definitely it!
