These groups are often rough and charging, making noises, and it's very exciting. A delicious plated lunch is served either alongside Fraser Island or while watching whales in the protected waters. Enjoy cold meats, hot chicken wings, 3 salads, and a bread roll. Tea, coffee, and filtered water are available all day. Other drinks can be purchased over the bar. We were very lucky the weather was supposed to be terrible but wasn't and the whales were pleased to see us. Three or four pods came together at various times and put on quite a show . We were out about an hour and half before we saw much activity but from then on it was all go. The staff and the food were great too making it a great day out.

Comfortable boat, very friendly crew and heaps of whales! Could not ask for anything more :) Skipper Keith had excellent local knowledge and a great sense of humour, and was very respectful of the whales space. Small numbers on board made for great whale watching with no need to jostle for space!

Definitely worth the day. Drivers are skillful getting around. Cool experience driving down the beach. Very knowledgeable about the whole island. I took the plane ride for $100 which I always like to get a different perspective of the environment. So I would highly recommend.
