We picked up our 16-day pass in Battle Abbey (near Hastings) and were received there in a very friendly and courteous manner with all of our questions. The exchange of the GYG voucher went smoothly. - Unfortunately, there was information on the GYG explanation pages that the family pass included 4 children under the age of 19. Unfortunately, as we learned in Battle Abbey, this is not the case; it only applies to children under the age of 18. So we had to buy an extra “adult” pass for our 18 year old son. But English Heritage cannot help it; please change the information on the Get Your Guide pages. Otherwise, the whole booking procedure was very pleasant, quick and flawless. And I think it's great that there are short-term passes for overseas tourists that save you having to take out an annual membership.

Interesting tour of Hadrian’s wall and Rosslyn Chapel. The visit to Melrose was an added charm of the tour. Allan our tour guide was amazing!

Allen from Hear of Scotland Tours was Amazing. I would do this tour again. he was very Knowledgeable and Melrose Abbey was an extra bonus.

Smaller group on the day. Well organized, good pace, insights, and the main attractions were great. Highly recommend this company.

The pass is recommended. Paying locally is much more expensive.
