We were a small group, so our guide Joseph, alias "Attack", was able to cater to our needs. For example, in the bazaar he guided us unerringly to the shops where we could buy what we needed. He was always in a good mood and made the tour very entertaining. I recommend choosing the "pyramid from the inside" option. It may be unadorned in the pyramid, but it still gives a very impressive feeling to stand (or bend down) in the great pyramid. When the camel driver extorted more tips from me than I wanted to give, Joseph Attacke scolded him and took part of the tip back from him. If you want to buy something, he also helps to negotiate the price down. All in all a very eventful and beautiful day.

It was just great. Our tour guide Josef "Attack" was already waiting for us at the airport. We first discussed the process on the bus and what is important to us or if we still have wishes. Since we only had a return flight at 10:30 p.m., we were able to visit everything we wanted: pyramids, Sfinx, the old bazaar and also what was not so important to us: papirus factory (interesting but doesn’t have to be) just like perfume/essence shops. Our guide was able to answer every question, very friendly and helpful!!! If animal welfare is important to you, you can skip the camel ride/carriage ride at the pyramids! Lunch was good but the atmosphere took some getting used to. It was a very strenuous day but very interesting and super organized by the organizer

All in all, a very successful trip and would love to repeat it. My swabs are for one or the other "moaning at a high level". - Our group of 10 tourists spoke 4 languages, so there were no more intensive discussions about Cairo and new / old Egypt. - When walking through old Cairo in the morning at 7 a.m., no particular flair could be experienced. - The visit to the Egyptian Museum was impressive, but essentially not very well explained and guided - you just have to let the typical excursion stops at papyrus and oil scent sales points pass you by + our guide was in a good mood and did a good job, recorded his with our cell phones Pictures on the Nile and at Sphinx & Cheops are great Ok, we are 50+, but getting up early / picking us up (3:40 a.m. here) and the day-long action (>15,000 steps) with the temperatures are certainly quite exhausting for younger people too, we were very happy to have our return flight at 7pm.
