Seeing the sights was amazing and the tour guide was also very knowledgeable. The ride there and back was really long due to the distance but also due to everyone including the drivers stopping for smoke breaks. I can understand the drivers stopping once on the way there and once back but it was many with waiting on other people that made the journey longer than it needed to be. The sites were fantastic, busy with lots of people and also locals trying to get money out of you taking you to areas which are open to everyone however they won’t let you pass unless you pay them. They will also allow you to go in places that are roped off if you give them money. It’s a shame because otherwise I really enjoyed the entire trip, it was worth the money.

This was a long journey but definitely worth it. They picked us up at 5am and we got to Luxor at 10am. We first went to the Karnak temple and stayed for 1/2 hour. Then we went on the boat ride which was relaxing. We then had lunch and the food was amazing very authentic Egyptian food. The restaurant was in a village. After lunch we headed to valley of the kings. The views were insane. Also I would definitely recommend paying extra to see Tutankhamen tomb this was a beautiful tomb. Overall the whole trip was definitely worth it and unforgettable experience. The only problem I would say is the last stop which is after valley of the kings. They take you to a place where they pretend to show you that local people are making these amazing “ sculptures “ when really all these sculptures and souvenirs are down the market. Do not buy from this shop as we did and we realised after we got scammed as the items we bought there were 3xtimes higher than the original price. So please don’t buy.
