Very nice trip for those who don’t want to walk/hike long distances. Not too long, not too short - enough time with guide as well as time to explore on ones own + the one-way Loch Ness cruise. Steve, our driver-guide, was friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. We were very lucky with our weather too, but this tour would not be too shabby in bad weather either, provided you bring the right clothes to explore the Urquhart ruins (it gets windy up there even in the summer).

If you do this, I suggest going to the main building to see the film and then come back down to the castle (and then you'll have to go back to the building to get the bus); we didn't know there was a movie till the end, and ran out of time, but heard it was really helpful.

My sister and I decided to book this and weren’t sure what to expect. We’re both very happy that we did!! The experience, views and the staff were outstanding. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the history we were able to learn during the trip. We highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Loch!
