The tour was very extensive and informative. A lot of effort was made to show us all the important processes and we were able to take a lot of information with us. Despite the impending major event, everyone took the time to answer all of our questions. If you want to understand/see the process of olive oil production, this is the place for you; the tasting was also very informative. 100% recommendation!!

We were lucky and were the only participants on 10/11/22 (10/12 is Spanish national holiday). So we had a very relaxed guide who always answered our questions in detail. The explanations regarding the entire production process were also detailed and very detailed. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide, José, a fourth generation worker in this family business was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his time. We were lucky enough to be traveling at the time of olive harvest and saw the process up close. We learned so much and enjoyed the tasting - thank you Aires de Jaén!
