Explore the remains of the Nazi camp's barracks, watchtowers, and crematoriums. With the help of the provided headset, listen as your guide tells about the ghastly Nazi crimes committed in the camps and hear stories of the everyday lives of the prisoners. We booked last minute for 6 and the tour guides were very flexible with us. Our hotel was closer to Auschwitz and they did not make us drive all the way to Krakow. Instead we were able to meet them at the museum. We are so glad we booked a tour with Cracow Tours.

A thoughtful and well planned tour with an outstanding guide

Jacek of Cracow Tours is an outstanding guide and the tour was both thoughtful and well planned. I have no idea how the tour could be improved. I already knew most (but not all) of the facts, but seeing the site in person and experiencing it with others took my understanding and appreciation to the next level. Many thanks for a job well done. The pre- and post-tour arrangements were superb. We were promptly contacted by staff to confirm our pickup point shortly after we booked. We returned after dark (about 9 pm) so Jacek of Cracow Tours arranged for a taxi to take us back to our hotel. Five stars for Cracow Tours!

Tour excellent. Guides excellent, but we weren't told beforehand that we should bring food and a drink. We had no time to buy these, as we would never keep a tour bus waiting, although some people were rude and did this. Also, we didn't know in advance about the bag restrictions. The bag rule is fair enough, but it would have helped if we had known in advance. Please let all other people know these details in the future. We had breakfast at 0700 and couldn't eat or drink again until 1530. Luckily, we have no health issues, bu many people do have.
