We were early in the arrival hall at the airport and luckily our driver was ready with a name tag. He quickly led us to his car. Along the way, he was a little too busy texting and we had to ask him to stop to keep his focus on the traffic. This he did without comment. We quickly arrived at our hotel. It worked perfectly except for the texting episode.

Relatively painless although the driver was not there to meet us immediately upon arrival. Instead, he was texting and asking us to let him know when we were through arrivals so he could drive on-site. This meant a 10 min or so wait. Pleasant driver but not overly friendly. Car was clean and journey smooth and uneventful.

We had an evening flight home at 9pm and wanted to maximise our last day in Krakow. Using a transfer took all of the hassle and wasted no time in getting us to the airport smoothly. Transfer arrived on time was lovely and clean with a pleasant driver. Excellent
