we met our tour guide with yellow umbrella outside the museum. Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful at first meeting, when going round the museum he was so knowledgeable on everything we encountered and stopped at any opportunity with lots of information on different parts of the rooms we entered. He let us look around each room ourselves as well as telling us the significance of everything and explaining everything displayed down to the translation of polish propaganda which we wouldn't have known the significance if walking round ourselves. He knew so much in depth knowledge on every room and would have answered any questions we had. without Matt we wouldn't have had the same experience, any english speaker visiting I'd recommend as his english was impeccable and we learned so much from him. thanks again Matt.

Highly recommended. I decided to participate this tour looking the review, and my decision was definitely correct. The tour guide is well experienced and kindly explained world war history including Schindler’s achievement. If I didn’t apply for this tour, I supposed to be disappointed for the factory because it is difficult to understand what the museum really want to deliver the message.

We loved it because although it is not the story of Oscar Schindler it is a very visual way of explaining the history of Krakow during the Second World War. That is absolutely necessary to visit the museum with a guide because no matter how much you understand English you will never understand the museum better than with a guide.
