The driver Lurna was vey nice and experience, we did not feel the drive the stops where in time and in good places and she give us enough time in the GC to be able to enjoy. She returned us to the pick up location as she communicated and everything was perfect

The tour of the south rim was excellent. Our guide Melissa also excellent. The breakfast provided was more than expected and the lunch was plenty. The bus seats themselves not real comfortable. I gave 4 stars for the coordination of pick up chaos. Had we been told the main location for pick up, we would have opted to get there on our own. We were on and off a bus 1.5 before the actual departure of our tour which was a huge disappointment. Another thing you may want to consider is the tour says 14.5 hours which is actually a lot longer with the transfer from shuttles and the multiple stops made. It’s only a 4.5 hour drive but took much longer due to stopping 2 times on the way to the rim.

...I would prefer to stay longer while in the Grand Canyon (4 instead of 3 hours). Despite that, the tour was well organized with a very informative guide and documentaries conserning points of interest! Wasn't bored at all!! The advantage was that in the price, breakfast and lunch were included!!! Have fun you guys...!!!
