Full description

Visit the widest and deepest part of Grand Canyon National Park on a guided exploration that travels through the Mojave Desert, across the Colorado River and along historic Route 66. Travel in a luxury SUV on this private tour. Your tour allows you approximately 3 hours to explore Grand Canyon National Park and its scenic overlooks or to just wander along the walking trail. Your guide will ensure you get the best views from Mather Point, Yavapai Point, and Grand Canyon Village. A delicious lunch is included along with time to visit cultural exhibits and for shopping. Visiting Bright Angel, you'll see the circa 1935 Bright Angel Lodge. This is the widest, deepest, and most colorful viewpoint of the Grand Canyon and features a gift shop, lounge, history room, and an ice cream parlor that is open during the summer. Another viewpoint, Mather Point, named for the National Park Service's first Director, Stephen Mather, provides you with the awe-inspiring views seen in books and movies. Don't forget your camera to capture some memories of the breathtaking vistas. If you want to take your Grand Canyon experience to the next level, you can also select a 45 minute helicopter tour. With a helicopter upgrade, you will be able to see incredible views of the Grand Canyon that are often missed by many visitors!
