Booking tickets was easy, tickets were sent via email. Family of four we had a great time. Best amusement park we have been to, be prepared to do a bit of walking between rides but queues were no longer than 30mins wait for us. Plenty of rides for all age groups, so the place never felt crowded.

Prompt transfer with friendly driver. Directions for meeting point were good and clear. Easy to get into the theme park showing tickets on mobile to be scanned. Overall great day which was plain sailing thanks to the service provider.

Good to experience this and realise how difficult it is. More respect for Thor now than ever. The lady on reception who instructed us was very good and made us feel very welcome.

A nice experience with a great guide. It is best to take the first time slot of the day. You may be the first in the mines!

Brilliant but not for those unsteady on their feet
