The ice floating was a lot of fun. The suits kept us warm and dry with the exception of the right glove on my wife's suit which had a small leak. The leak did not ruin the trip, her hand just got a little damp and chilly. The Northern Lights were out in full force and our guides were enthusiastically taking photos of us and the lights.

Amazing experience. We drove to a little cabin in the middle of nowhere where we got the dry suits and could walk a short path to the water. The guides instructions were clear and it was easy to get into the water. It was a surreal feeling floating in the darkness, we were even lucky enough to see northern lights. Afterwards we could warm up with some warm chocolate before heading home again. All in all great experience.

You could say we were lucky. Floating, staring at the stars under the beautiful clear sky. Some cloud did start to come over, so we thought best to get out to allow others to have this wonderful experience. Bonus for us, the Northern Lights came out to say hello. We did have a good laugh at each other in the suits we wore, kept us dry, but didn't keep the cold out, but i didn't expect them to. All in all a FABULOUS experience, highly recomend
