Great day, the guides knew everything and there was lots of of different parts to it. In a group of 6 doing one route we were on different comfort levels with the jumps but everyone got to do things that they were comfortable with and was still exciting. There no photos taken just so you know but you don't think about it while you're there tbh The gear and transport from lisbon was great. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend it

this was such a fun experience!!! I highly recommend it to everyone up for the challenge. I’m not normally a very adventurous person, but the tour guides both made me feel really comfortable and I had the best time ever! Honestly the hardest part was getting the wetsuit on. Once the training session finished, we hiked a little to get into the water, swam along the coast, free-climbed rocks, cliff-jumped, climbed attached to a rope, and zip-lined. 10/10 great experience and fantastic guides!! Only thing that could improve would be if we got pictures taken while doing it!

Entertaining activity in a majestic landscape, with very friendly guides and at all times pending the safety of the less skilled. The zip line and the return by boat provide the activity with an attraction that others lack and that justify the higher price than the average. However, in an activity of this type, the absence of photographs is a deficiency that should be solved, since one always likes to keep a memory. Maybe I missed a higher level of difficulty for the fittest.
