    Discover the charm of Sintra on this day trip from Lisbon. Take a walking tour around the city center and visit the Quinta da Regaleira and the National Palace of Sintra. Taste some flavorful local products and visit the cliffs of Cabo da Roca, and pass through the seaside towns of Cascais and Estoril.

    Depart from Lisbon and journey to the Unesco World Heritage Site of Sintra and explore its incomparable beauty at landmark monuments and attractions. Take a short walking tour around the village, where sights include the Quinta da Regaleira and medieval National Palace of Sintra. Get the chance to try some of the region's products, and compensate for all those calories you lost while visiting the monument. This tour includes a visit to the Regaleira Palace and its surrounding gardens (tickets not included). If you would rather visit the Castle of the Moors or the Pena Palace at the top of Sintra Hills (tickets not included), please ask your guide when the tour starts to coordinate drop-off and pickup at one of the monuments.

    After the tour, you can choose to take a surf lesson with a surf instructor and equipment included. Return towards Lisbon, and stop at the cliffs of Cabo da Roca to see the westernmost point of continental Europe. Continue along the picturesque riverside road through the towns of Cascais and Estoril.

    Meet at the reception of Lisbon Destination Hostel, Rossio Train Station. Go inside the station, go to the 2nd floor, and the hostel is in front of the train ticket office. Look for the door next to the red flag outside the train station, facing the square/garden, and press the doorbell.

    I was unable to make it on time at the pickup point and the guy I talked to on the phone was very helpful and suggested I meet the group at Sintra. He gave me the tour guides info (Fernando)and I was picked up later. I was with 5 other travellers and Fernando was an amazing and funny guide.He suggested other activities we could do, things to try while in Lisbon and gave us a very informative history of Portugal. I enjoyed my trip and it was totally worth it!

    Excelent opportunity to visit great places in one day!

    In general tour is very good, driver/guide is very friendly, kind and sympatic young Manuel. We would extend time we spend in Sintra old town in exchange for not so necessary photo opportunity of Pena palace. Quinta de Regaleria is a true jewel of Sintra and we highly recommend it.

    A tour of about 8 hours, rich and evocative and to discover Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascais. The guide was helpful and kind, explaining the history of Sintra and other curiosities about the Portuguese territory visited. Well organized tour even if, inevitably, some places were visited faster than others. But definitely to be recommended!
