The trip was great , the check in was smooth, the bus ride very nice, but once you arrived at the tourist buses parking lot it’s a crazy time , nobody guides you towards the Pisa tower place , and there are a few street signs, I did drop a pin on my cellphone to mark the return location , otherwise there is a chance you could be left behind an on your own.

The trip was calm, the guide did not give much information. They left us in a parking lot and we walked 20 minutes until we reached the Duomo and the Tower of Pisa, there are many small shops nearby and we went out to look for the bus. We did not visit any of the historical sites, only photos.

Very comfortable bus with air conditioning. When we arrived at the meeting point with the cruise port shuttle, there were three people from the agency waiting for us to validate our tickets and give us directions. They were present at the meeting point well before the activity began.
