This wasn't a guided tour but rather an activity pack of tickets we received, which I think we prefered. The museum and bus tour was interesting, but take note that there are several new Beatles locations NOT included in this package. For instance the tour didn't pass the Beatles statues, which were quite a walk away from where we ended up, so we missed out on them. Also no entry to John or Paul's childhood homes or the new John Lennon museum at Strawberry Fields. You need extra time and spend extra money for these, as they are not part of this package. Sights like Abbey Road felt rushed. We went to Liverpool on this day tour and although we enjoyed it, we felt we missed out on a few things we would've loved to see.

An absolutely fantastic trip down memory lane. For anyone even remotely appreciative of The Beatles songs and music, this tour is a must. How it all started, how it and (sadly) how it all ended is explained clearly and interestingly. Historical sights and fabulous. But the best thing is that you can go to The Cavern where The Beatles made a name for themselves (292 appearances) and then sing along with who ever is performing there. Awesome experience to be able to sing Beatles songs in The Cavern!!!

what I enjoyed the most was the content. Beatles story was great, magical mystery tour the same. Dale our guide was very informative and a pleasure to spend time with. I enjoyed the experience very much. what you need to know is once you leave the train station you are on your own. the beatles story can get a bit cramped. Be ready, it's a long day but well worth it.
