The presentation in English was complete, full of anecdotes/references and presented with humour. Namely, for French speakers, it is only in English. There was enough time to see the monuments and sites presented. There was seating for everyone, whether indoors or outdoors. However, it must depend on the season. Attention, the panel indicating the queue for "City Cruise" is not very visible, a patch, on top, covered the indication of the queue. Do not get in the wrong queue (in the center of the boarding port), given that several companies make trips from "Tower Millenium Bridge". Many people, including us, got it wrong. Take 20 minutes margin on the spot in case of error. The company was punctual in our case (2 p.m.).

Bought this trip via Get Your Guide at a cheaper price than standard. We didn't need to queue at the window, we had the email with QR code downloaded, so you just go straight down the gangway and staff scan it from your phone. You can sit inside or on the open top: there are toilets on board. We just did Tower Pier to Westminster (about 20 mins) a new viewpoint from the river, and the live commentary was both interesting and highly amusing. We were all glad we did it!

Brilliant staff. We have not been on a river cruise before. The staff were very helpful and cheerful despite the fact that it was a cold rainy day. It is a really good way to travel to Greenwich. Unfortunately could not book a ticket for the observatory as I had left it too late. there is still plenty to do in Greenwich. Great market and pop up food. Nice clean boats. Also the commentary was very good and informative.
