It is a good experience and good education for all ages to learn about aquarium life ,problem for me was they do not take cash only card so we could not pay for our photo that they took , (of your own choice ) or buy anything at the shop which did annoy me even though nearly everywhere is doing this ,it is a shame for penguins and some others for the right space and daylight and real ice for them. Apart from that sadness for the penguins it was all a very good place to go with or without family !

The whole experience was very well organised, and during these times, there was hardly any queueing. There were no problems seeing fish, turtles, sharks, jellyfish, penguins because the timing slots worked well. I loved the tranquil music accompanying the ambience of everything. I did find the penguins rather sad living in a very small cold room, with painted ice. I went to London Zoo recently where the penguins there have a great big outdoor beach and pool!
