The pick-up at the hotel was very smooth! A good and service-minded driver who went the extra mile (stopped at Abbey Road's famous pedestrian crossing, so we could go out and take pictures)! Just enough time to wander around the fantastic Harry Potter fantasy world!

The transfer was easy and smooth. The HP WB Tour was outstanding and breathtaking. It took way longer to explore everything than we expected and it is definitely worth a visit!

We were picked up from the hotel on time and after picking up another guest, we were driven directly to the studios. In the studios you are then on your own.

Our bus driver Dan and tour guide Amanda were great! We enjoyed spending the day with them and they did a great job explaining everything along the way!!

Driver was mad and did not speak nice to people. Everything else was great
