Was an excellent experience! It started with a call to the emergency phone number, where the person was super helpful when we said we are stuck at the station desperately waiting for a cab. Once we arrived, thankfully, on time, starting from the welcoming, the service was exceptional. We were already happy with such service, but the real gem was inside the cruise ship and mouthwatering food experience. I’d highly recommend this lunch/dinner cruise! A MUST in Lyon!

Trip was very good and food could not be faulted, the commentary was not very good as everyone was making a noise and the speakers were not loud enough. It was a cold day and the heating was turned up far too high, it was like a Sauna when the sun shone.

Chouette expérience ! Même si l'attente jusqu'au début du repas nous a semblé longue ! Nous sommes arrivés à 12h et nous n'avons commencé à manger qu'à 13h, donc un peu long, surtout qu'en guise d'apéritif nous avions juste 2 petites bouchées pour 2, un peu léger ! Mis à part cela, c'est une expérience à faire !
