What a great experience! Rafael was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and charismatic (+ Henrique, our loyal driver). I thought the day/time was very well organized - it was the perfect amount of time to fit two towns into one day. Keep in mind that the day is quite long and it is much colder in these towns compare to Madrid this time of year, so plan accordingly!

The trip to Toledo was amazing!! Part of the tour has a tour guide that goes over the historical aspects of Toledo, and after that you are on your own to explore and shop. The instructions to get to the pick up point were confusing, so, leave some time to get to the pick up point.

Overall it was a great time and a great trip but there are a few things that could be done on the agency's side to help. For whatever reason it was a little hard for us to figure out exactly where we were going. It was a little hard to jut put into the GPS however once we got there it was obvious where we were meant to be but a flag or something would've helped. The bus was quite comfortable and wasn't full to the brim or anything which was great. The views of Toledo were AMAZING and the company understood the social media and photography aspects of the tour and gave us the prime locations for videoing and picture taking. The walking tour was good and our guide was really good also. The walking tour itself wasn't that long and we had time to ourselves. My biggest problem was I thought we'd take the bus we came on but we didn't. However, nobody told us that and we let several buses leave until we figured out on our own that we could take any one of them back to Madrid.
