Málaga: Museo Picasso Málaga Entry Ticket

1. Málaga: Museo Picasso Málaga Entry Ticket

The Museo Picasso Málaga was created in response to the artist's desire for his work to be exhibited in the city of his birth in 1881. Its realization is thanks to the combined efforts of the artist´s daughter-in-law and grandson, whose donations provide the body of the art collection, and Junta de Andalucía, who arranged an ambitious project devoted to the artist. Located in the Palacio de Buenavista, declared a National Monument in 1939, the Museo Picasso Málaga opened in the heart of Málaga in 2003. The building boasts a harmonic mix of Renaissance and Mudéjar elements and serene contemporary lines. Phoenician, Roman, and Arabic ruins can be found on the underground floor. This ticket provides access to the permanent collection containing examples of Picasso's revolutionary innovations. See paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, and graphic work, from his first academic studies to his personal Neoclassical perspective. Admire Picasso's overlapping Cubist forms, his experiments in ceramics, his interpretations of the Old Masters, and his last paintings from the 1970s. What people are saying about Málaga

We had a lovely day. Ronda is so stunning and our lovely guide Carmen was well informed and the driver (not sure of his name Francisco?) was also very good. Setenil was worth the stop, what an interesting little town. The bus broke down on way back, no one’s fault as these things happen and the bus look new and we’ll maintained . Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long for a replacement. The driver made sure he stopped at a roadside cafe so we were not stranded in the dark, on a bus with no refreshments. An inconvenience but dealt with safely and efficiently by the driver and Carmen. I felt safe and would use this company again.

I booked this day trip for my parents, aunt and partner and I. We were all so impressed by the entire day. Carmen was awesome and I feel that she always did a great giving us well rounded explanations. She was also very kind to answer any and all questions we had. Ronda itself was amazing. I was originally planning to do the day trip by public transport but having Carmen guide us was absolutely worth it. The bus driver was also great! :)

Very nice and interesting day trip. Ronda was more then we expected. Our guide was really nice and had a good knowledge of all history and information on the city. Worth of spending the day!

Very nice day trip to rural Andalusia! Ronda is a big surprise. We expected a lot but it was more them expected. Juan was our perfect local guide. Worth of spending the day!

The tour was amazing, the town is absolutely beautiful with tons to see and do. The guide was able to tell us everything we needed to know and was very fun and enthusiastic.
