What people are saying about Marken

It was a fantastic day out especially with an enthusiastic guide, Rob. I would recommend this tour if you’re not renting a car but would love to see the sights outside Amsterdam. Our most favourite part is going to Zaanse Schans. We really enjoyed the view and being able to enter a working windmill (entrance fee €5 not included in the tour). It would have been better if we stayed there longer and skipped going to Edam town and just went straight to the cheese tasting. But overall, I would recommend booking this tour.

We loved this tour because we traveled in a small van with eight passengers total. While the first place we saw it was crowded with tourists, the other small villages we visited were quaint and relatively tourist free, which gave us a very authentic experience. Additionally, our guide Goulang was very personable and informative. I

A really well out together trip. The tour guide (sorry - didn’t get his name - but he was from Barcelona) was really helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and helped to make it a cracking day. Really good value trip
