    First, explore Milan’s culinary scene by visiting the city’s

    bottegas (shops) which are stocked full of fresh produce and local specialties. Led by your expert chef, browse the stores and learn about local cuisine. Liaise with vendors, butchers, and bakers as you pick out the tastiest ingredients to prepare your meal. With your groceries in hand, take a short walk to the cooking school, a brand-new facility in the heart of the city. Put on your apron and follow the chef's instructions in order to create exquisite traditional dishes. Learn how to create dishes such as cheese fondue, ragout, fresh hand-rolled pasta, and dessert. Measure, mince, mix, season, and stir to create authentic Milanese cuisine.  Take a break to savor a selection of premium wines and local cheeses. Once everything is ready, sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy your culinary creations. At the end of the experience, you will receive an attendance certificate and a recipe booklet so you can share the recipes you learned with your friends and family at home.

    A Great Experience with serious & dedicated Chefs ! we have spent an amazing time with the team which was always available to give you more explanations. I can only recommend that activity. Furthermore, the cooking class takes place in the New Central Market in Milan which is an incredible place to discover or rediscover !
