Excellent tour. The reservation process was easy with excellent communication. The guide was at the location before time. Even though we were late, they waited for us and the guide was super nice about it. I highly recommend doing this first if you're staying in Milan for a few days. It's a great way to see what only needs a first & last glance as well as note what you need to get back to.
