Stop outside the park boundary to explore ancient Native American rock art that was carved into the cliffs by the Ancestral Puebloans. Continue to the jeep trail that leads up to the Island in the Sky district. Along the way, you'll stop at vistas such as Fossil Point and Musselman Arch.

See the remarkable Gooseneck Overlook and travel along a section of the White Rim trail. Wind up the switchbacks of the famous Shafer Trail, and enjoy one last look out over the park before driving back to Moab.

The whole experience was amazing and our thanks to our guide, Rick, for his knowledge of Canyonlands National Park. We were 5 passengers and the questions, answers and conversations really flowed. The vehicle was well suited to the bumpy / rocky terrain and we thought the seats were very comfortable. Numerous stops were made for Rick to show us points of interest and the best views. A 12 hour tour packed into 4! We learned and saw so much.

Tristan was a fantastic local guide! Super private experience in Canyonlands. Saw dinosaur bones, horned sheep, lizards, Musselman Arch, rock climbers, and the Thelma & Louise site. Shafer Trail was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this tour for those wanting to seek adventure and see Canyonlands in an unique way.

We had an amazing trip to Canyonlands with it NavaTech guide!! Bronson was awesome and took us to some really out of the way spots spots that we would NEVER have seen on our own... It was so nice to be able to enjoy the beauty of Canyonlands, and leave the driving to someone else. This tour was well worth the cost - we would definitely be dead or divorced if we tried this to do this on our own. Perfect start to our first day in beautiful Moab!
