A wonderful experience learning about and tasting balsamic vinegar in a beautiful location. Benedetta was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the tastings were great. A really one of a kind experience

Caterina was a very knowledgeable tour guide. She was enthusiastic about her city and the sites. We even happened upon local celebrity chef Massimo Bottura photo shoot in town.
