We had a wonderful time with our driver Lidi & guide Elizabeth! It was at a relaxed pace and had ample time for all the stops we made. Our guide also made time to explain some history to us and some information for the various attractions prior to arriving. Non stop refreshments were also provided on this tour! I would highly recommend this tour!

The bus was very comfortable (and a bit fancy!) and the guide was very knowledgeable. I would have liked an intro at the beginning re the amenities (ie I didn’t realise we could help ourselves). We weren’t lucky with the weather, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault and we still got to tour the inside of the palace and castle.

Excellent tour guided by an experienced tour guide. Love all her history telling and trigger me to study more about King Ludwig II. Not to forget our super friendly driver cum barista. He is helpful and attentive to your request. The castle tour was fantastic awesome and the Mary bridge was opened for first day during winter time during our tour giving us a fantastic view of Neuschwanstein Castle. It’s our lucky day!
