I had to exchange the tickets at the counter in the Palazzo Pubblico with my QR code, but this worked quickly and easily. No matter where you went, all the staff spoke English, were helpful and extremely accommodating!

Our day trip with Tiziano was an amazing experience. The trip covered many must-see sites — all made efficient and accessible. Tiziano was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a truly unique and memorable day.

Wonderful . The paintings chosen by our guide Marie were very accurate representing the artists of choice. Explanations very interesting and lively. Congratulation

Very nice palace with a view of Tuscany just sublime, too bad the ticket does not include climbing the tower.

If you come to Siena I recommend visiting the Palazzo Pubblico for its enchanting works.
