I loved the frescoes and the whole experience in Siena. One thing I want to make sure all visitors know is that there are escalators leading from the mall across from the train station into Siena. We didn't realize this and instead walked the whole way (!) which took about 1/2 hour.

I had to exchange the tickets at the counter in the Palazzo Pubblico with my QR code, but this worked quickly and easily. No matter where you went, all the staff spoke English, were helpful and extremely accommodating!

Excellent medieval and Renaissance city, beautiful and very well maintained, with excellent signage. A bit expensive, especially close to the central square.

The location is simply great on the Piazza del Campo, the premises are simply worth seeing

Do not hesitate to take the OPA option which allows a complete visit.
