Our tour is taking 2 hours, it will guide you through the olive grove and then it will bring you at the vineyards. Here you get to see exactly how wine is made and you get to enjoy and cherish it in a way that’s very different and fun all the time. It’s a very nice idea to be able to see the old school, historical locations and the type of activities that people have been doing for millennia with little to no changes. It’s really exciting and a great way to gain an insight into the old days. Once that is done, you will go outside with the group and you will stay together for a little bit. Start at 5:00 PM with pickup from your hotel and enjoy the scenic drive on a road through the center of the island that unites Hora with the village of Ano Mera. Be welcomed when you arrive with some tradtional treats like loukoumi or dried figs. Sit and relax on a traditional stone-built couch and sip some raki as you hear about the history of the island's farming, livestock, and crops. Tour the organic farm to see how it operates. Your experience begins as you are picked up from your specific location and transferred to the Mykonian Spiti. There you will be wholeheartedly welcomed into the dining room of a beautiful traditional Mykonian house by cult sommelier Mr. Stathis Pasoglou. Once the course begins, you will have the opportunity to taste 6 different prestigious wine labels from representative regions of Greece. You will also be initiated to the dynamics of Greek wine varieties through the different tasting stages. The wine tasting is accompanied by a snack of local products, which will be followed by a meal or dinner with traditional dishes prepared by the host of the Mykonian Spiti. At conclusion of this experience, you will be free to express your sentiments through Mr.Stathis’ guestbook, before being dropped off back to your hotel or an alternate location of your choosing.

During your time here, you will experience the traditional Greek way of life, the culture and the Greek art of cooking. To become a bit more specific, after you are collected from your hotel (or the port or the location you prefer) and transferred to the Mykonian Spiti, Teta will wholeheartedly invite you into her beautiful Mykonian home and create a charming and intimate afternoon or evening that will turn this visit to the “Island of the Winds” into a highlight of your trip. She will teach you about Mykonian culture and history, share stories about her family’s life and make you feel just as if you are visiting close relatives or friends. In the meantime, you will enjoy an authentic Mykonian lunch/dinner with unlimited consumption of local wines, accompanied by the incredible narration of the Mykonian family habits and traditions. Of course, once at the Mykonian Spiti, you will have the opportunity to wash up and relax with a drink of wine before lunch/dinner which is served on a set menu of homemade cooking. The property staff takes care of the table setting and the food serving along with your choice of wine. Travel to a traditional organic Mykonian farm from your accommodation in Mykonos. Arrive just after 8:00am. Be greeted by your host who will give you a traditional treat. Create delicious Mykonian bread with help from your host. Focus on mastering the fundamentals and traditional techniques, as you practice making bread in your wood oven. Get instruction from a talented and exceptionally passionate baker. Start with kneading the dough, an 1-hour long process. When you have finished, the dough is left to rest for around 45 minutes. Enjoy touring the farm while you wait. Shape the bread for 1.5 hours and cook it for another 45 minutes. Taste your freshly baked bread and savor the fruits of your labor. Learn about Mykonian culture, the history of the island’s farming, its livestock, and its crops. Brunch is made from local products with fresh ingredients. Head back to your hotel at 1:00 PM.

Begin with pickup from your chosen meeting point. Drive across the center of the island that unites the city of Mykonos with the village of Ano Mera. Walk only 400 meters to the Mykonian Farm where we will be greeted by the farm’s superintendent. Be guided through the territory for a tour of the farm's premises. Cut and savor products from the vegetable garden (depending on the season). Pet and learn how to care for the goats, sheep, donkeys, rabbits, and cows of the farm. Next, arrive at a specially arranged sitting area, where the farm’s sommelier, Mr. Stathis, will introduce you to 3 prestigious local wines. Learn basic tasting techniques and uncork and savor Greece’s most distinct blends. Then, the cooking demonstration of some of Greece’s most traditional dishes will begin. Watch as the famous chef Miltos Karoubas teaches you how to make 2 Hellenic recipes. Depending on the number of participants, the guests will take turns in helping out the host with the preparation of the meal. Finally, a light lunch will be served. Savor spinach pie, stuffed tomatoes, peppers, seasonal salad, and feta cheese. Digest and relax as you're transported back to your pickup location.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly and really happy to have us in their winery. We enjoyed two different type of wine and several small plates. Would recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing way to enjoy their afternoon.

We spent a couple of wonderful hours with Stefos, learning about the history of wine making in Mykonos and also learning a little bit about the Greek language. Overall, it was a pleasant outing for a Wednesday afternoon.
