Head inland to the village of Ano Mera, home to the restored 16th-century monastery Panagia Tourliani. Spend some free time strolling around the village square or visiting a café.  Continue to the town of Mykonos for your guided walking tour. Dive into sights like the 16th-century windmills and the 15th-century Greek orthodox Paraportiani church.  Take in the romantic atmosphere as you walk through the elegant old houses that line the sea in the district of little Venice. Finish your tour in at the Mykonos waterfront.

Enjoy a one-day tour to the most famous greek island! Our bus will transfer you to the airport of Athens early in the morning. The plane departs at 6.15 a.m. and the flight lasts 50 minutes. Upon arrival at the airport of Mykonos, you will get transferred to the city center by the local bus. Having arrived in the city centre early in the morning, you will have a unique chance to explore it and enjoy it's beauty while it is still quiet and not crowded. First, you will join a 60-minute walking tour among the whitewashed houses, with your tour leader. You will be excited as you are walking along the labyrinthine narrow lanes surrounded by traditional buildings that compose the unique architectural style of the island. During the walking tour, you will visit the Little Venice of Mykonos, where the famous pelican strolls. If you are lucky enough, you may see him opening wide his wings to impress all those people who stop to take a picture with this beautiful bird! The tour leader will lead you up to the windmills hill, which is one of the most popular sightseeing spots of the island. There you will have a panoramic view of the city and the Aegean Sea. As you are wandering among the streets you will see plenty of little shops with local products. Apart from the little souvenir shops, you will have the chance to walk along the famous neighborhood called “Matoyiannia” where you will see some of the world’s most famous brands. You will have free time for lunch or swimming at the beach located next to the old port of the city, until 15:30. Then, our leader will meet you at a specified point so that you go alltogether to the port. The ferry departs from Mykonos at 16:30 and you will cross the Aegean Sea, passing from the port of Tinos island and enjoying the greek summer sunset onboard. You will arrive at the port of Rafina at 20:50. Our driver will pick you up from the port and will transfer you back to Athens. **On the 29th of September and on all Wednesdays of October, there is a special tour for those who wish to stay and party in Mykonos. We depart by ferry at 7.50 a.m. and we return by late flight at 23.50. This means that you will have have plenty of time at the beach bars and you will see the sunset in Mykonos! Plane tickets and ransportation from the airport back to your hotel are included.

Experience the old lighthouse, which stands like a sentinel over the Armenistis area and is a testimony to Mykonos' maritime history, while still remaining fully functional today. In order to visit the Armenistis lighthouse, take the road from Agios Stefanos. At the location of "Fanari" which translates to "lantern" in Greek, the scenic coastal road also offers some of the most spectacular views on the island just 6.5km from Mykonos Town. Learn a lot of interesting facts about the light house, which was manufactured in 1891. The altitude of tower is 19 metres and the height of focal plane is 184 meters. The mechanism of the first lamp of "Armenistis" is exposed outside by the building of Aegean Naval Museum. Visit the Armenistis lighthouse because of the breath-taking scenery around it. From there you can see all the boats arriving at and departing from Mykonos, while Tinos island looks as if it is right next to you. Its strategic position offers scenic views of the surrounding areas and is well worth visiting to get a sense of the island’s fascinating history and enjoy its spectacular beauty.
