Pas Tickets d’entrée pour accéder au sommet du Vésuve alors qu’ils étaient inclus. Chauffeur a eu la gentillesse de nous a conduit dans le parc national mais nous n’avons pas pu accéder au cratère. J’attends le remboursement suite à ma réclamation. Je suis déçue de n’avoir pas pu accéder au sommet par manque de sérieux des organisateurs de l’excursion qui n’ont pas fourni les billets d’entrée.

The driver Giuseppe was on time and very kind, this tour included tickets but no guide, however that was not such an issue since we were able to get a guide on site. The only downside is the fact that Pompei is kept as last location in the afternoon and with only two hours to go through. I would have preferred to have less time on Vesuvio and more time in Pompei

Communication was great, the day before we received a WhatsApp message with the itinerary with pick up point and two tickets to the three sites, one ticket had both herculaneum and pompeii. I felt it was enough time each side, obviously pompeii is massive but there's only so much that can be seen in one day!
