Unfortunately, we had problems with our flight, which was overbooked and so we missed the connection. We informed the driver but he was at the airport at the agreed time but we weren't. But it was no problem at all to postpone the transfer and everything went smoothly. We have received all the information from the company about where the driver will pick us up and which vehicle (color, make, number plate) is coming. The driver was very friendly and the ride was very comfortable. I would book again and again.

My daughter’s flight’s arrival was delayed for 40 minutes and the the queue at the immigration took 1 hour. So she was at the meeting point with your driver 1.40 hrs later than expected. In the meantime i contacted your office several times, ( I spoke with AJ, Angela and Marian, all of them extremely attentive and helpful), to notify that she is still queuing etc. I called again when the driver was not at the meeting point, and they gave me his mobile nr. He was still waiting for her on another spot. I called him, he was so kind to let me speak with my daughter, because my daughter’s mobile has no more wifi since she is out of the airport. As a mother, it was very comforting for me to have the full cooperation from your staffs to make sure that my daughter is taken care of that she gets safely to her destination. Super Transfer-Service. Wir bekamen im Vorfeld mehrfach per Mail bestätigt, dass die Abholung wie geplant statt findet. Kurz vor dem vereinbarten Termin wurden wir noch per Whats App kontaktiert, dass alles planmäßig verläuft. Der Fahrer war überpünktlich und hat uns direkt vor unserem Hotel in Midtown NYC abgeholt. An der Fahrerseite war ein Schild mit meinem Namen angebracht (sehr hilfreich!). Das Fahrzeug (Chrysler) war sehr sauber und hatte viel Platz (für 4 große Koffer, 3 Taschen und 4 erwachsene Personen). Unser Fahrer ist sicher und ruhig gefahren (ist nicht üblich in NY). Auch hat er immer nach der schnellsten Route geschaut. Wir sind ohne große Staus zum Flughafen JFK gekommen - die Fahrt dauerte ca. 1 Stunde. Diesen Service würden wir jederzeit wieder nutzen und können ihn nur weiter empfehlen.
