It was so awesome... i loved it..the boat ride and the explanation was great.. maybe need more speakers in the front and the back so people can continue to hear the history being orated i couldn't hear very well in the very front or the very back of the boat otherwise pretty excellent.

I could not have had a better experience. For some reason the ticket agent was having a hard time with her computer system but she hung in there and was very apologetic. And I got my ticket. Then I go to put it in my purse and I promptly leave my phone on one of the stone benches in front of the boat. I get to the boat and realize I lost my phone, and thankfully a chaperone from another group had it. I was so unnerved but everyone on the boat was kind to me & welcoming and following along with my plight. Then I get on the boat, get my seat, and I go to the concession stand and the sweetest girl working there (middle floor) offered to charge my phone & talked me down until I was calm again. I bought a few seltzers and sat in my seat and had the best cruise. The tour guide was animated and fun and very informative. I could not have had a better experience and been more appreciative of the kindness of New Yorkers and the people that helped me during what could’ve been a scary time.

This was a really fun experience, and a great way to see the city. You never get to see it from this view except maybe quickly from the airplane ride in. I would suggest it. 4 stars only because the seating is not awesome, and food/drink is expensive but I suppose that is to be expected. I would recommend!
