Easy to make the reservation. Upon my arrival I went to a transport area to call them for the collection from the airport. Once contacted with them, they verified the reservation in their system and sent someone for the service! It is true that I had to wait a long time but it is also true that to get to JFK airport there is usually a lot of traffic but the pick up and drop off to my destination was all great.

I was fortunate that the bus arrived shortly after I received my luggage. I rang 18 from the welcome centre but it was almost impossible to hear the person on the phone - she also seemed confused knew my name but didn't seem to understand the name of the hotel. I speak very clearly in English. By coincidence the driver came and accepted my voucher. The van was clean and the driver very helpful.

I would have given 5 stars, but when I arrived at JFK I dialed #18 at the welcome phones and the operator had to re-book me in for a ride. The guy on the end of the phone was lovely but it was a bit stressful having to give all my details again after a long flight and my first time in New York. The driver was also very nice and got me to my hotel.
