Nice way to know New York from a different perspective. The boat ride was tranquil, safe and the vies were incredible. We took the ride departing at 3pm which gave as the opportunity to see the sunset by the time we were returning. The only thing that we suggest to improve is the coffee shop at the boat. We wanted to buy 2 cups of coffee but it took ages to try get them due to lack of efficiency of the girls attending customers. Prices were crazy. Nevertheless it was an excellent experience overall.

My sister and I loved this cruise. The guide was informative and entertaining. We were up close to Lady Liberty, under too many bridges to recall, captured the icon image of lower Manhattan, saw the buroughs, cruised into the majestic Hudson, the Cloisters, Columbia, etc. We couldn't have seen all of this by land in 2.5 hours. Safe, relaxing, educational. Highly recommended.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about all of the boroughs. He interspersed personal stories that made it fun. All staff treated us with the utmost respect. The only negative was that I am not able to be in the sun without an umbrella/parasol due to a medical condition. There was no notice when planning this tour that they aren't allowed so I had to stay inside for the entire tour while my family (4 others) we're up top. My view was impeded and limited several times as I moved from one side to the other to see what the tour guide was talking about. If I had been aware ahead of time that this rule was in place, I wouldn't have booked it Sun protection should be allowed. The captain said quote: "If an umbrella goes up, this boat will stop instantly." End quote.
