Very friendly crew and amazing views! Does not land at Ellis island. Arrive as early as possible, as the line to board can get long. We got a table on the first floor by the front of the boat, they open the front deck once the ship gets moving which provides seating unlike the rear deck.

Apart from the frosty and officious attitude of the young ladies on reception it was really excellent. The refreshments were first-class and Jenny was a fantastic ambassador for Virgin. Expensive but converted to Virgin and a big thank you to Jenny!!

Tour guide Peter was exceptionally pleasant & extremely well informed & delivered the tour with humour & insightful details

We take a Tour Bus to enjoy the Christmas house decoration in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. Its just outstanding.

Amazing! Views of the city are incredible, interactive lifts and great experience
