What people are saying about Ostuni

We were welcomed very warmly by the employee of the Masseria Brancati. He told a hundred out and full of passion about the olive trees. After a walk through the orchard with trees of more than 2000 years old, we were guided around the Masseria (farm) in a chapel and later we were allowed to look underground in the cellar how the olive oil was extracted over the years. Finally, let's taste… we definitely recommend it.

This was time well spent! The tour included learning about the olive trees and the history of the farm. How oil was used in ancient times and the methods used back then compared to more modern times and to today. It all concluded with tasting the olive oil. The guide was wonderful.
