The Tour was quite nice but the price / quality was far below par; the appointment was first rescheduled for half an hour, then had to wait another hour at the location for the tuk tuk's (16 pers.) the tour turned out to be half an hour while we had booked for 1 hour for no less than €70 pp !!while the prices on the spot are considerably lower. As a result, the Tour was amateurishly 'extended' and rushed off within 55 minutes.. Contacted the executor (Pugliamare) several times about our dissatisfaction, a refund was suggested. They blame GYG. In short; paid way too much for a mediocre tour, with a lot of annoyance about the state of affairs, not fun with a group outing. We no longer book through GYG; far too high commission on the bookings! additional; there is talk of sustainable tuk tuks, but that is not true; 1 out of 4 was eco.
